Central to the forum’s agenda are discussions on pivotal issues such as the role of the United Nations, climate change, the implications of artificial intelligence, and the dynamics of multilateral trade. These topics are expected to foster dialogue and collaboration among the international community in addressing global concerns.

The event is organized by the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and operates under the theme “Rebuilding Confidence and Cooperation: Reforming and Improving Global Governance in a Transforming World.” This theme underscores the forum’s goal of enhancing international cooperation and reforming global governance structures amid a rapidly changing global landscape.

In addition to the discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Xiong’an New Area, which is being developed by China as a forward-looking urban center.
